Baby GAGA Ages Walking to 2 yrs
Children attend classes with active parental participation and support. Motor development activities include, stretching, ball play, parachute, bubbles and Lightspace play! Physical Activity is introduced through stimulating play that is designed to be fun. All Parent/Child classes are 45 minutes long.
GAGA and Me Ages: 2 - 3
Two to three year olds are accompanied by a participating adult. Age-appropriate activities include: stretching, group activities, ball play, parachute, bubbles and Lightspace play. Physical Activity is introduced through stimulating play that is deisgned to be fun. All Parent/Child classes are 45 minutes long.
GAGA Toddlers Ages: 4 - 5
Three years of age begins the separation process and small group instruction. Age-appropriate ball play, excercise, stretching, parachute, bubbles and Lightspace play. Introduction to GaGa. All Pre-School classes are 50 minutes long.
GAGA KIDZ Ages: Pre-K - K
Skill-building continues with the addition of strengthening and stretching activities for more overall fitness. Additional ball skills, hand-eye coordination, and Lightspace play. GaGa game play and strategy are introduced. Rules, good sportsmanship and fair play are stressed. Classes are 50 minutes long.
GAGA Clinic 1st & 2nd Grades
More advanced GaGa game play and strategy are introduced as well as some mini-tournaments. Additional ball skills and Lightspace play. Rules, good sportsmanship and fair play is stressed. Clinic classes are 55 minutes long.
Weekly GaGa games are played and points are tabulated for the individual winners in a tournament-style league. All players are separated by grade level. Rules, good sportsmanship and fair play are stressed. League sessions are 55 minutes long.

Boot Camp is an intense workout directed by a former Navy Seal that uses your body weight in a host of exercises to let you feel the burn as you tone up and lose pounds.

Kids Ultimate Fitness Classes combines a variety of strength and agility exercises to get keep the kids moving.
Tuesdays - 4:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m.
Thursdays - 4:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m.
Multi-Sport Classes for 3-4 year olds and 5-6 year olds.
Kids have fun while they learn the building blocks of all sports: running, catching, throwing, and jumping. They are introduced to different sports including soccer, gaga, baseball, mini-lax and basketball while they learn about teamwork, good sportsmanship and feel good about themselves.
Call for schedule and we would be happy to make a class for 5 or more kids.
Classes start the week of March 30th.
